Our family likes exchanging gifts that are nestled in reusable gift bags and gift boxes. I chose this style both because of its useful size and the surface pattern.As expected, the size was versatile — good for a shirt or blouse, but adaptable for anything from several pair of silly socks to a pretty journal and some art pens. The box and its flip-over lid store quite flat between uses. And when you are ready to wrap, the box and lid pop easily into shape.The issues I had were slight: the magnetic catch was not strong enough, and the pattern was not as deeply embossed as I would have liked. Since I had planned all along to tie the box shut with a fancy ribbon, the magnet situation didn’t bother me. And I used a wider, fancier ribbon to make the presentation more eye-catching.This gift box is small and assembles easily. It has an attractive "grass" texture on the front. The covering over the corner adhesive should be peeled off to permanently assemble the box. However, it does not stick well. The magnetic closure front works as long as the adhesive corners do not come apart. I like this box but wish it stayed together better.Also, this box is so small it will only fit thin lingerie, a couple of pairs of socks, or other gifts of similar size. The current price of $10.99 is expensive for this one box.This gold gift box is very sturdy and clearly a higher end box, unlike a flimsy paper one from the grocery store. The texture is a nice touch and definitely makes this box look special. It assembles easily and quickly, no instructions necessary. I found that the corners adhered strongly and without issue. The Lid flap closes using a magnet, however, which is not sufficient in my opinion. If the box is even a little too full or contents puff up, like clothing, the magnet doesn’t stay.If you plan to use this box for some sort of mementos or storage, maybe it will fit the bill. But I wouldn’t recommend these for general gift giving as the price seems too high for a disposable box, and the flap needs to be sealed or tied down. Overall, I probably wouldn’t order these again.This gold box is cute for any gift or present you plan to give away with or without the wrapping. This box came a bit wrinkled but I plan to wrap the top at least or cover with ribbon. This box was easy to assemble and comes with a magnetic flap to hold shut and closed. Great item!NIce shiny sturdy box. Not too large, not too small.This sturdy but pretty gift box with a magnetic flap worked out perfectly for gifting a stationary set, but I'm sure it will be reused again as soon as it's empty. Pretty enough to stick on a bow without wrapping.
