It shouldn't be so hard to find jewelry like this, but it is. To me, there's a need for cz jewelry in solid gold settings. It is simply a fact that, especially with small(ish) stones, no one (outside a jeweler with a loop) can reliably tell the difference between a diamond and a cz. However, even as a non-expert, I can spot a cheap setting. Not only that, I like to have some go-to jewelry that I can wear all the time if I want to, including in the shower, which isn't possible with cheaper settings. The solution here is a good cz in a quality 14k setting -- which checks all those boxes and also means that if you do happen to lose it, you have not lost something that you paid a truly outrageous amount of money for. One of the problems that I have run into is that, when I can find CZs in gold, the gold setting is hair-thin and so flimsy that it looks terrible and loses its stones even though it is 14k (hello, home shopping networks). This company so far seems to what I have been searching for. I've only had my earrings for a month, but I have worn them 24/7 and so far they look great and no stones have fallen out. The settings are a bit more lightweight than the ones that my real diamonds are in, but they are acceptably substantial. Yes, this means that I'm not getting the absoiute lowest bargain-basement price that I could find for czs in silver or gold veneer BUT I am getting jewelry that looks good and checks all my boxes. i have already bought one of the solitaire necklaces too, and will be on the look-out for other new products.
