I got this to package three pint bottles of maple syrup that I thought came in a gift box but were loose. It worked well, but I had trouble keeping the box lid closed. There are two small magnets that hold it closed but they are not very strong. The tissue paper I used to pack the bottles would pop the lid open unless I scrunched it down tight.As it was a wrapped gift I was not worried about it popping open, but if you expect to handle it unwrapped, you''ll probably want to use some tape to hold the box closed, which of course will detract from the sleek appearance.
